Journeys from PADS to HOPE helps individuals in Northwest Suburban Cook County who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
Focusing on intervention and prevention, Journeys offers clients mental health support, job counseling and referrals and help in securing a permanent residence. Plus, Journeys coordinates 18 faith-based shelters that provide many with a warm place to sleep and hot meals.
Last year, Journeys was able to successfully transition over 39 of our clients out of homelessness.
